Having purchased a Smart from Glenn at Smths Cars. All of the cars are presented in outstanding condition, valeted and detailed to the highest standard. The stock is carefully selected and of the highest quality. Glenn himself is a pleasure to deal with, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He is very enthusiastic about his cars and takes great pride in his business. He gave us a very good part exchange price for our SMART. I do hope that I get the chance to deal with him again in the future and I would have no hesitation in recommending this dealer. From the initial enquiry to collecting the car each step was professional and we were made to feel like we were a valued customer. All our questions were answered and everything was prompt and nothing seemed to be too much. The car itself was exactly as we expected was valeted to a very high standard and had been cleaned with Covid in mind. Without any doubt we would return here again. Straight forward, direct, no fuss. ‘Does what it says on the can’ approach. Charming. Helpful, goes the extra mile to make a deal work. Dartmouth to Nottingham long way to go to inspect car, the little voice in your head goes do I trust this man???? Well I decided I did. Smith Cars had the car I wanted and I did not want the hassle of going and inspecting then driving it down. He suggested a transporter to bring it down. Great plan I had not thought of. Stupid may be but its not my business so I did not think this was an option. Paid money, very good communication and security. Good communication over transporter driver who was charming and excellent at the Handover to explain the idiosyncrasies of Smart car!! Of which there are a few. Smith Cars followed up later to ensure that I also confirmed the car had arrived but that it was in the condition he had advised and I was happy with it. What pleasurable experience in buying in this case a 5th hand car! Thank you Smith Cars
