Straight forward, direct, no fuss. ‘Does what it says on the can’ approach. Charming. Helpful, goes the extra mile to make a deal work. Dartmouth to Nottingham long way to go to inspect car, the little voice in your head goes do I trust this man???? Well I decided I did. Smith Cars had the car I wanted and I did not want the hassle of going and inspecting then driving it down. He suggested a transporter to bring it down. Great plan I had not thought of. Stupid may be but its not my business so I did not think this was an option. Paid money, very good communication and security. Good communication over transporter driver who was charming and excellent at the Handover to explain the idiosyncrasies of Smart car!! Of which there are a few. Smith Cars followed up later to ensure that I also confirmed the car had arrived but that it was in the condition he had advised and I was happy with it. What pleasurable experience in buying in this case a 5th hand car! Thank you Smith Cars

Smith Cars has to be the best service I have ever experienced when buying a car, from my first email to the last they have replied immediately and can’t do enough to assist with any questions, I have purchased my latest car during lockdown but this has been no problem to the owner and team they delivered my car from Nottingham to Middlesbrough perfectly within few days and my new car was in immaculate condition when it arrived as it was transferred by a low loader by a lovely driver full of knowledge about my new car, I can’t recommend Smith Cars enough, fantastic service thank you 😊

Professional, kind and genuine service from the owner. He was understandng and patient of all my questions. He is knowledgeable and skilled about the Smart cars. He listened to what I needed and made suggestions. Result - a lovely ‘for two’ that makes me smile delvered to my door.
